CM Automotive Systems, Inc. serves the industry via a team of seasoned professionals. The key executives and staff represent a unique blend of expertise in electronics, pneumatics, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales.

CHANDER MITTAL - FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT: Mr. Mittal is a recognized design and manufacturing expert in hydraulics and pneumatics. The systems and components he has designed run critical functions in diverse environments, from nuclear power plants to oil fields, to automotive.
Before starting CM Automotive Systems, Inc. In 1986, Mr. Mittal worked in various engineering and R & D management positions for industry leaders such as Varco, Greer Hydraulics, Paul Munroe and Ledeen. He excels in combining electronics with hydraulics and pneumatics to optimize precision in control systems. Compact design, light weight and reliability characterize Chander-designed and built systems.
Mr. Mittal holds 11 U.S. and international patents related to All Terrain Mobilizer, and two US Patent for a Tire Pressure Monitoring System. His education includes a BSME and an MS in Systems Engineering.

JORGE YOUNG - ENGINEERING DIRECTOR: Mr. Young brings a wealth of knowledge in designing and manufacturing of microprocessor based controllers, access controls and automatic data control systems. A 25-year veteran of the electronic industry, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in companies like Macrodata, NMB Technologies, RACE, Cardkey and Rusco Electronic Systems. He he is a recipient of four US patents, related to access control and security systems and Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, and holds a Masters of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from Loyola University.

RAMINDA ALUWIHARE - QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER: Mr. Aluwihare is a Quality Assurance professional with Quality Management experience obtained supervising projects for the Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.) and the U.S. Government. He is skilled in supervising quality control personnel, testing of finished products to ensure product compliance with reliability standards and promoting and executing quality standards as well as inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports. Mr. Aluwihare holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technology & Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.

: JAMES MYERS - GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Myers brings over 31 years of experience in the manufacturing area for the aerospace, data & telecom, electronics, transportation and solar industries. He has been involved in all phases of manufacturing, including R&D, testing, design,process control, facility layout, production, assembly, sales and management. With extensive experience in lean manufacturing techniques, he has successfully led initiatives to improve production efficiency, product quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Mr. Myers holds BSE and MSE degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
