CM Automotive Systems, Inc. serves the industry through a team of seasoned professionals. The key executives and staff represent a unique blend of expertise in electronics, pneumatics, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

 
CHANDER MITTAL - FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Mr. Mittal is a recognized design and manufacturing expert in hydraulics and pneumatics. The systems and components he has designed run critical functions in diverse environments, from nuclear power plants to oil fields, to automotive.
Before starting CM Automotive Systems, Inc. In 1986, Mr. Mittal worked in various engineering and R & D management positions for industry leaders such as Varco, Greer Hydraulics, Paul Munroe and Ledeen. He excels in combining electronics with hydraulics and pneumatics to optimize precision in control systems. Compact design, light weight and reliability characterize Chander-designed and built systems.
 Mr. Mittal holds 11 U.S. and international patents related to All Terrain Mobilizer, and two US Patent for a Tire Pressure Monitoring System.  His education includes a BSME and an MS in Systems Engineering.

CARLOS VITIER - OPERATIONS MANAGER
As Materials Manager, Mr. Vitier is responsible for overseeing procurement and control of all components needed for All Terrain Mobilizer production. His extensive background in material control, purchasing, cost accounting and production at major manufacturing corporations such as Mattel Inc., AB Plastics and Weslock helps him anticipate unforeseen manufacturing floor problems.
Mr. Vitier holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

JORGE YOUNG - ENGINEERING DIRECTOR
Mr. Young brings a wealth of knowledge in designing and manufacturing of microprocessor based controllers, access controls and automatic data control systems. A 25-year veteran of the electronic industry, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in companies like Macrodata, NMB Technologies, RACE, Cardkey and Rusco Electronic Systems. He holds a Masters of Science in Electronic Engineering and is a recipient of four US patents, two patents related to access control and security systems, and another two for a Tire Pressure Monitoring System.

WILLIAM TOLAND - QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Mr. Toland is a seasoned professional with strong Quality Assurance experience obtained at Xerox, the renowned Office Equipment and Office Supplies Company where he spent an impressive number of years at various levels of In-process receiving, and Final Inspection as well as Shipping, Statistics and Supervision and
in Quality Engineering. Mr. Toland holds an AA Degree in Engineering from Citrus College and State Certification in Quality Control from Mt. San Antonio College.
