These advanced features resulted from seven years of extensive research and development by CM engineers. This development work also culminated in a full line of Mobilizers that give you the flexibility to select the most appropriate configuration for your needs. Mr. Chander Mittal, the founder and President of the firm, holds 11 U.S. and international patents that cover this innovative system. Several more patents are pending for various other system modules. Along with the patents, the cutting-edge technology CM uses to reduce costs and improve operational reliability puts the firm into a solid leadership position in the industry. CM designs and manufactures systems in its 20,000 square-foot modern plant in Walnut, California. Additionally, the plant houses R & D, Quality Assurance, and Electronic Assembly departments. As a part of CM's comprehensive ISO 9001:2000 Std. certified QA program, each All Terrain Mobilizer system undergoes a sequence of environmental, functional and performance tests that mimic actual field conditions. For these tests CM uses its proprietary electro-pneumatic test systems developed by its engineers. While the CM CTIS already meet and exceed an impressive array of military and industry standards, the production tests verify each CTIS’s 100% compliance with customer specifications. Two leading manufacturers of trucks, Oshkosh Truck Corporation and AM General Corporation, chose CM All Terrain Mobilizer after a long and extensive search for suitable systems for their Military Vehicles. CM Automotive has over 15,000 systems installed and operating on various US Army Truck programs such as HET, PLS, ESP 2.5 Ton and ECV (Hummer). Moreover,  CM is the current  CTIS supplier to General Dynamics ( Stryker 6x6 vehicle), and the American Truck Company ( MIT 6x6 truck)   Globally, CM's presence is in Canada (GDLS APC 6x6), Finland (Patria AMV 8x8 vehicle), UK (ALVIS Piranha 8x8 truck), Australia (ADI 6x6 Bushmaster), Southeast Asia (KIA Motors, Singapore Tech, Taiwan Military), VRDE Ahmednagar (India) has also approved CM's CTIS.  In addition to military truck applications, the All Terrain Mobilizer is also finding acceptance with security, bridge laying, Rescue, Fire Fighting and other special vehicle builders in the US and Europe.
